"Completely disappointed that step two would allow me to order the wrong extension set for the roller coaster. I understand it was stated in the small print which one went with which, but at the end of the day, they were the same color and near each other and I happen to click the wrong button. Now in order to return it, it cost me more to mail it back then it’s worth so I will not be ordering from step2 again."
"Item intended for a birthday gift, ordered in advance. No shipping emails alerted us to any problems. Item never arrived. It took quite a while for them even to respond to my email before they emailed simply that they re-ordered the product for me. I have no idea what happened. But they never admitted fault or tried to help or explain beyond sending the item late. AI strikes again, or are they "working "from home?"
"The link to the website from google advertised this product as eligible for a 10% off discount. I clicked the link directly to the step2 website where this was not reflected. Step2 would not honor this even with proof. This is horrible false advertisement to lure you to their website."
"Had to order and pay for replacement axles and the 4 end caps that hold the wheels in place. Shipping cost was more than the parts! Still waiting for them. Instructions are not clear."
"A friend gifted us this for our daughters birthday. The "axel" part to put the wheels together on the red car was not included in the box. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. To put in a ticket with customer service I need to show proof of purchase but this was a gift. Now we have a "coaster" in our yard that our daughter can't use."
