"I absolutely love this lounger. It fits my tanning shelf perfectly and feels incredibly sturdy thanks to the weighted design. The grey speckled finish looks high‑end and blends beautifully with my backyard. It’s comfortable, doesn’t float up, and stays exactly where I put it. If you have a tanning ledge up to 12 inches, this is a must‑have. Worth every penny! I will be buying another one."
"Love the build and quality. Easy to assemble but it could have been easier if they pre-inserted the inserts and pre-drill some holes. Overall takes 10 mins. 3 pieces construction with one piece being the piece you fill with sand. Can place in the tanning self but wish this had a compartment for supplies or at least a cup holder, or any holder. its lightweight and easy to move with out the sand. Would buy another one for my wife"
"I purchased two of these, that arrived yesterday. My initial impressions are completely positive. These lounge chairs are very well priced, they come with great instructions, they’re very easy to assemble, and everything fits together perfectly. My teenage son and I spent 20 minutes assembly the first one and about half of that on the second. The most challenging aspect of putting these together was getting sand into the weights. Once the weights are attached, the chairs take a minute to sink to the bottom of the shelf, but once they do, they’re very stable. I have my chairs located close to cleaning jets, but the chairs don’t move when the jets are in use. and I love the fact that they are made in the US."
"Could not be happier had the lounger for two years and had an issue with one of them. I emailed and they asked I return the plug and they Would send a replacement. Great customer service!"
"Love the build and quality. Assembly is quite easy. theres 5 screws, although the assembly is easy it would have been nice if the insert were assembled already and wish they made holes instead of drill thru the plastic. Comes as a three piece construction, one piece mainly for sand for weight. Its a good size for myself at 6ft 5inches. but my 4 year old easily fits. NIce that it can be used in the pool and on near the pool side. wish there was cup holders though. its easy to move and I love the compartment with sand which you can take off easily and allow for easy maneuverability"

"Called the tech line to inquire about a riser, and was told it is available, I called the order desk and received an answer from a person who should not be in customer service, no riser available and apparently, when I asked about return and exchange, I was 2 days past the return date, which I bought the item 2 1/2 weeks ago. I would not recommend this product there is zero support, it leaks sand due to poor design."
