"I am very happy with my Step2 slide, but it did take quite an effort to get it installed. Some suggestions: 1) Read the instructions very carefully 2) Be very careful to measure and drill the anchors EXACTLY where they need to be. I am 78 and weigh about 170# and have gone down it. . . hit the bottom with my feet. My 4 year old granddaughter went down it (reluctantly at first due to how high I mounted it), but loves it now. Watch the video. . . The thing I was most worried about proved to be a non-issue. . . neither the slide nor the railings get hot in the Arizona 100+ degree sun. . . don't know how Step2 does that!"

Overall good slide
"Overall the slide has been great for my 4 and 8 year old grandchildren. Easy for them to get on without me worrying. The one we received had an uneven front base where the slide connects to it, about 3/4 inch higher on one side so it looks a bit tilted when standing in front of it. It is still usable, but disappointing when you pay $1000 for it. Disassembling it and returning it would have been a pain. Wish there were a bit better quality assurance when the base piece was produced, a simple leveler put on top of it would have shown it was not even. A cover to protect it during winter would have been nice."

- Hello! We are unsure what you mean by bonding the slide. The Vero Pool Slide does need to be anchored into concrete with the provided hardware and bolts to ensure it won't move while in use. - Hello! The slide must be secured to concrete with 3 bolts to ensure it won’t move while in use. We provide the needed concrete anchors, concrete drill bit and hardware to secure the slide. The slide is also designed for inground pools only.
