"We bought a Step2 wagon for our son when he was a toddler. He is now married and has his own place but the wagon lives on! Despite being left in the open for its entire life of 25 years, and receiving zero maintenance during all this time, it still works perfectly and we use it frequently for moving heavy loads such as bags of potting soil, large flower pots and piles of rocks (see pic). Unbelievable durability"

"My son will be turning 25 this summer and I remember how much we used our Step2 wagon when he was little. Shopping, school, visiting his friends. We purchased one of the very first models and loved it a lot. We had one problem, about a year in, and that was that the axles were getting bent. A call to Step2 and we quickly received stronger, thicker shell and axle replacements. After junior outgrew the 'wagon stage' my wife adopted the wagon for all-purpose garden duty which it faithfully provides decades later. "I purchased this wagon in 2011. It lasted through 2 kids, now 15 and 13. . . lasted many hauls of random stuff in my yard and garden. Sadly after 14 years, I broke the handle and 1 wheel. This wagon was well worth the price and many memories over the years!"
